Using the Service gives you the status of user and implies your full acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service. Andalusia One provides technology consulting and services: cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics and artificial intelligence solutions. Details of each service, its scope and its fees are agreed on a case-by-case basis in the corresponding proposal or contract.
This website presents our capabilities and is provided for information and contact purposes; it does not, by itself, constitute an offer to contract.
Where the Service requires an account, you must keep your credentials safe: any activity carried out from your account is deemed to have been carried out by you. It is forbidden to create fake or multiple accounts in order to deceive other users or evade sanctions.
It is forbidden to use the Service to: publish or transmit unlawful, fraudulent or misleading content; infringe the rights of third parties (intellectual property, privacy, image); impersonate other people or companies; attack, disrupt or interfere with the Service or its systems; or send unsolicited advertising, spam or scams. The "Andalusia One" brand and all content of this website (texts, designs, logos, software and other elements) belong to Andalusia One, LLC or to third parties that have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property rules. Reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication of such content without express authorisation is prohibited.
Applicable fees for our services are clearly stated in each proposal or contract and are only payable if you expressly accept them. Payment may be processed by third-party payment providers in accordance with their own terms and policies.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure against external attacks.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andalusia One, LLC shall not be liable for: (i) damages arising from the unavailability of the Service or attacks on its systems; (ii) content published by users; or (iii) indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages.
We may suspend or terminate accounts, or refuse the provision of services, in the event of serious or repeated non-compliance with these Terms, without prejudice to any legal action that may apply.
You agree to hold Andalusia One, LLC, its directors, employees and collaborators harmless from any claim, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or from your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and of the United States of America, without prejudice to mandatory rules applicable to users residing in the European Union. Disputes will first be addressed amicably through our contact channels (/contact). Nothing in this clause limits the rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms. The current version will always be published on this page, with its update date. Continued use of the Service after a change is published implies acceptance of the new Terms.
